Rifle Range

This is a self use range for members to practice their rifle caliber shooting at 25, 50, or 100 on the 100-yard range and 200 or 300 yards on the 200/300-yard range

There are also scheduled Club activities on the range including High Power Rifle, PRS22 Shooting, Youth 4-H Riflery, Project Appleseed, NRA-sanctioned rifle league, and others per the calendar

A portion of the 100 yard section is enclosed and heated for cold weather shooting

ABSOLUTELY NO FIREARM HANDLING WHEN SOMEONE IS DOWNRANGE!

Always maintain proper muzzle control!!

Keep finger off the trigger until ready to shoot

Keep firearms unloaded and actions open with Empty Chamber Indicator (ECI) installed when that firearm is not being used in the actual process of shooting!

Uncase and case all firearms at shooting benches, NOT on back tables!

Follow All Posted Safety Rules at All Times!

Eye and Hearing protection is Mandatory on the range

Use the range light system when going down range

Paper targets or steel "gongs" are the only approved targets allowed.

No full-auto or burst fire allowed.

Pick up your brass and targets after shooting
